Event #1 – Private Interview
The first event is a private interview with a panel of judges. Contestants will answer questions the judges ask for 15 minutes. A signal will be given when one minute is remaining. The interview portion will count for 50 points or 33 ⅓% of the point total.
The judges will be looking for:
- Confidence: How confidently does the contestant present themselves and respond to questions?
- Personality: Are the contestant’s charisma, warmth, and authenticity evident?
- Communication: How effectively does the contestant express their thoughts and ideas?
- Engagement: How well does the contestant interact with the judges and keep their interest throughout the interview?
- Knowledge and Insight: How deep is the contestant’s understanding of various topics, particularly those relevant to the event?
Contestants will be graded from 0 – 10 in 0.5 increments on each of the categories above.
Event #2 – Gear Wear
Contests will wear gear that reflects their personality. The emcee(s) will ask the contestant about their contestant application and ask them to explain why they wore the gear they did. The gear wear portion will count for 30 points or 20% of the point total.
The judges will be looking for:
- Creativity: Evaluate how original and imaginative the contestant’s gear is. Does it stand out and show a unique sense of style?
- Personality Expression: Assess how well the gear reflects the contestant’s personality. Does it give insight into who they are and what they value?
- Presentation: Look at how confidently and effectively the contestant presents their gear. Are they able to explain their choices clearly and engagingly?
Contestants will be graded from 0 – 10 in 0.5 increments on each of the categories above.
Event #3 – Gear Wear
In this event, contestants will be evaluated on their confidence and stage presence. They will showcase their physiques in attire that makes them feel sexy. The emcee(s) will ask a couple of humorous questions, which the contestants will answer for both the judges and the audience. This portion will count for 30 points or 20% of the point total.
The judges will be looking for:
- Stage Presence: Evaluate how the contestant moves and engages with the audience and judges. Do they command attention and maintain a strong presence on stage?
- Quick Thinking and Wit: Look at how well the contestant responds to the funny questions. Are their answers clever, engaging, and entertaining?
- Overall Impression: Consider the overall impact of the contestant’s appearance and presentation. Do they leave a strong, positive impression?
Contestants will be graded from 0 – 10 in 0.5 increments on each of the categories above.
Event #4 – Speech
In this event, contestants will be evaluated on their confidence and stage presence. They will showcase their physiques in attire that makes them feel sexy. The emcee(s) will ask a couple of humorous questions, which the contestants will answer for both the judges and the audience. This portion will count for 30 points or 20% of the point total.
The judges will be looking for:
- Content: Evaluate the quality and relevance of the speech content. Is the topic well-chosen and thoroughly explored?
- Delivery: Assess the contestant’s delivery style. Are they confident, clear, and engaging? Do they use appropriate gestures and eye contact?
- Outfit Presentation: Look at how the contestant’s outfit complements their speech. Does it enhance their presentation and reflect their personality or the theme of their speech?
- Impact: Consider the overall impact of the speech. Is it memorable and thought-provoking? Does it leave a lasting impression on the audience?
Contestants will be graded from 0 – 10 in 0.5 increments on each of the categories above.
Criteria Ratings
Poor (0-5): Needs severe improvement and should do more research. The contestant shows significant gaps in the criteria being judged, lacking clarity, confidence, or creativity.
Fair (5.5-6.5): Shows some understanding but lacks depth. The contestant meets basic expectations but needs more refinement and preparation.
Good (7-8): Meets the criteria well with minor areas for improvement. The contestant demonstrates solid skills and preparation, with good clarity and confidence.
Excellent (8.5-9.5): Exceeds expectations with strong performance. The contestant shows high levels of skill, creativity, and confidence, with only minor areas for enhancement.
Outstanding (10): Exemplary performance with no noticeable flaws. The contestant excels in all criteria, demonstrating exceptional skill, creativity, and confidence.
